From Sunnah Healing
Sunday, March 15, 2026, 3:47 P.M.
Bro, Sis,
Let me describe your morning.
Fajr alarm goes off.
You're exhausted. Absolutely shattered.
You hit snooze. Twice. Maybe three times.
You finally drag yourself up, barely make wudu, pray half-asleep, and collapse back into bed.
Or maybe you miss it entirely.
And the guilt hits you before your eyes are even fully open.
You WANT to be up.
You want to be the person who prays Fajr with khushoo… sits for dhikr until sunrise...
But your body won't cooperate.
You're tired. All the time.
Not regular tired.
That deep, bone-level fatigue where you wake up feeling like you haven't slept at all.
Sluggish in salah.
Bloated after every meal.
Brain fog so thick you can't memorise a single new ayah.
And you've tried to fix it.
The supplements. The diets. The gym.
The gut health protocols from Instagram.
None of it worked.
Now here's the thing nobody talks about…
You pray 5 times a day.
You fast Ramadan.
You try to live according to the Sunnah.
But when it comes to your health… you've fully outsourced it to the Western wellness industry.
Think about your morning routine. Wake up. Supplements. Protein shake. Coffee. Maybe gym.
How many of those steps are from the Sunnah?
Not a single one.
Your deen and your health are in two completely separate boxes.
And deep down, you feel that disconnect.
You feel it every time you see a TikTok about Prophetic medicine and think "I should really look into that"… before scrolling past.
You know the Prophet ﷺ had his own health practices. You grew up hearing about them.
Black seed.
Honey.
Dates.
Olive oil.
Sleeping on your right side.
Your grandma probably told you about black seed when you were 12.
"Take this, it cures everything."
And you rolled your eyes.
Because it felt like old people stuff.
Cultural. Unscientific.
So you chose the Western approach instead. T
he one with the studies. The infographics. The polished branding.
And you've spent HOW much on it?
Be honest.
The supplements alone. Vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, probiotics, ashwagandha, collagen, whatever the latest podcast recommended.
The diets. Keto, paleo, intermittent fasting from some YouTube video, gut health protocols from Instagram.
And after all of that…
Can you wake up for Fajr without feeling destroyed?
Can you stand in Taraweeh without your body screaming at you?
Can you get through a normal day without that 2pm crash?
Or are you still tired.
Still bloated. Still dealing with the same issues.
Except now you're also broke from supplements that didn't change anything.
Yeah.
That was me too.
Here's the thing I learned, and wallahi it changed everything.
I was sitting there one night after Isha. I'd just taken my fourth supplement of the day — some gut health capsule that cost me £40 a bottle.
And I felt no different than before I started taking it.
And this thought hit me:
"I trust my Prophet ﷺ with my akhirah.
I follow his guidance for my salah, my fasting, my entire spiritual life.
But when it comes to my body — the thing that CARRIES me to the masjid, that STANDS in salah, that PROSTRATES before my Lord...
I'm trusting random wellness influencers instead?"
Think about that.
We follow the Prophet ﷺ for everything that matters for our soul.
But for the body that carries that soul?
We follow podcasters.
That hit me hard.So I started studying.
Not the fiqh side — I already had that. I started studying how the Prophet ﷺ actually LIVED.
What he ate.
When he ate. How he slept.
What he used as medicine. His entire physical lifestyle.
Bear in mind, I'm not a scholar.
I'm not a doctor. I'm just your regular Muslim brother who was desperate for answers. And what I found…
The Prophet ﷺ had a complete health system
Not scattered tips. Not random home remedies your auntie shares in the family WhatsApp group.
An integrated system. Diet. Sleep. Hygiene. Fasting. Natural medicine. Spiritual practice. All connected.
And here's the part that gave me goosebumps…
When I started looking up what modern science says about each of these Prophetic practices…
Every. Single. One. Was confirmed.
The 1/3 eating rule? Caloric restriction research says it reduces inflammation and extends lifespan.
Black seed? Over 600 peer-reviewed studies on thymoquinone.
Sleeping on the right side? Reduces cardiac pressure and improves digestion.
Fasting Mondays and Thursdays?
It's EXACTLY the 5:2 intermittent fasting protocol that wellness influencers charge hundreds to teach.
Honey?
The Quran calls it "healing for people."
Samarghandian et al. confirmed its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and immune-boosting properties in Pharmacognosy Research (2017).
Olive oil? Contains oleocanthal — a compound researchers compared to ibuprofen. And Allah called it "blessed" 1400 years before they discovered it.
The miswak? The WHO — the actual World Health Organisation — officially recommends it.
He was guided by the One who CREATED our bodies.
Of course his lifestyle was perfectly calibrated for our health.
And we've been ignoring it. Paying other people for advice our own Prophet gave us for free.
But enough with me.
Because you're not here to hear about my supplement collection.
And here's what might matter to you reading this…
If I found 7 Sunnah health principles that I was breaking every day — principles that were keeping me tired, sluggish, and unable to worship properly…
Which of these 7 principles are you breaking right now?
Without even knowing it?
Without even realising they could be the reason you can't wake up for Fajr, you're exhausted by Dhuhr, and your body feels like it's working against your ibadah instead of supporting it?
Well, you don't have to guess.
You don't even have to do the months of research I did.
Because here they are…
Now look.
You could keep scrolling and I'll break down two of them for you in detail.
Or… if you already feel one of those hitting you in the chest right now…
You don't need more convincing. You need the ebook.
Your nan was right about black seed. Here's the science she didn't have.
The Prophet ﷺ said:"This black seed is a cure for every disease except death." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5688)
You've heard this hadith a hundred times. You've seen it on every Islamic reminder page on Instagram.
But have you ever seen the SCIENCE behind it?
Not your nan saying "just take it habibi." Not an auntie on WhatsApp forwarding a voice note.
The actual, peer-reviewed, published-in-real-scientific-journals science.
A 2017 review by Tavakkoli et al. in the Journal of Pharmacopuncture analysed clinical trials on black seed and its active compound — thymoquinone.
The findings?
Anti-inflammatory. Antioxidant. Immunomodulatory. Anti-diabetic. Anti-hypertensive. Antimicrobial. Studied as a complement to cancer treatment.
Real studies. Real journals. Not a WhatsApp forward.
And here's the part that should sting a little…
You dismissed what your grandmother told you as "old people stuff" — and then spent £200 a month on supplements a podcast recommended.
She was right. This whole time.
She just didn't have the clinical trials to show you.
Now here's where it gets worse.
Most Muslims who DO take black seed take it completely wrong.
They heat the seeds. Heating destroys the essential oils — the very thing that makes it medicinal.
They swallow whole seeds without crushing them. Your body can't absorb the thymoquinone from intact seeds.
They buy cheap oil that was heat-extracted. Most of the active compounds? Gone.
The correct way — which the ebook breaks down in full — is crushed seeds mixed with raw honey, or cold-pressed black seed oil. 1 teaspoon. Empty stomach. Morning.
Simple. Affordable. Backed by both the Prophet's prescription AND peer-reviewed science.
Because "I know black seed is good for you" is not the same as knowing HOW to use it properly.
That gap is where most Muslims are stuck.
Now let me show you another one…
This is why you can't wake up for Fajr (and it's not because your iman is low)Let me describe your evening.
Isha is done. You're on the sofa. Phone out. TV on. Scrolling. Maybe both at the same time.
You tell yourself you'll go to bed soon.
It's now 1am.
Your eyes are tired but your brain is wired. You've been staring at blue light for three hours. You get into bed. Lie on your stomach. Or your left side. Scroll for another 20 minutes "to relax."
You finally fall asleep around 2am. Fajr is at 5:30am.
Three and a half hours of terrible sleep.
Then you wonder why you can't get up.
Then you feel guilty about it.
Then you tell yourself "my iman must be low."
Akhi. Ukhti.
It's not your iman. It's your sleep protocol.
The Prophet ﷺ had a complete sleep system.
And every element of it has been confirmed by modern sleep research.
He slept on his RIGHT side (Sahih al-Bukhari 247, Sahih Muslim 2710).
Research shows this reduces pressure on the heart and improves digestion.
He made WUDU before bed.
The cooling effect of water activates your parasympathetic nervous system — the "rest and digest" mode that signals your body to prepare for sleep.
Modern sleep scientists call this "body cooling" and recommend it as one of the most effective pre-sleep techniques.
He recited specific SURAHS before sleeping — Al-Mulk, Ayat al-Kursi, the last three surahs.
This creates a meditative state: rhythmic breathing, focused attention, reduced mental chatter.
Exactly what modern research says improves sleep quality and reduces insomnia.
He slept EARLY — shortly after Isha — and woke before Fajr (Sahih al-Bukhari 568). This aligns perfectly with your circadian rhythm.
You're not struggling with Fajr because you're a bad Muslim.
You're struggling because you're doing the OPPOSITE of the Prophetic sleep system every single night.
Screens until 2am. No wudu. No recitation.
Wrong sleeping position. Fighting your body's natural rhythm.
The ebook gives you the full Sunnah sleep protocol — step by step — with the science behind each element.
Imagine it.
Waking up before the alarm. Making wudu properly. Praying Fajr with khushoo. Sitting for dhikr. Watching the sunrise.
Your body SUPPORTING your ibadah instead of working against it.
That's what the Prophetic health system was designed to do.
Your body is an amanah. And you're not caring for it the way the Prophet ﷺ showed you.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Your body has a right over you." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5199)
A right. Not a suggestion. A RIGHT.
You will be asked about this body. How you fed it. How you rested it. How you cared for it.
And Allah didn't leave you guessing.
He sent you a Prophet who showed you EXACTLY how to honour that trust.
But somewhere along the way, Muslims put their health in a separate box. We outsourced it.
We pray 5 times a day but our health routine has zero Sunnah in it.
This ebook puts it back together.
Now. Before I tell you what's inside, let me be clear.
This is NOT alternative medicine.
I am not telling you to throw away your medication. I'm not telling you to stop seeing your doctor.
I'm not a doctor. I'm not a nutritionist. I'm not a sheikh.
I'm your brother who did the research.
This is food. Nutrition. Sleep habits. Fasting protocols. Daily practices.
Things that dieticians already recommend. The Prophet ﷺ just taught them 1400 years before Western science caught up.
It complements whatever medical treatment you're already on. It doesn't replace it.
And every claim is backed by a hadith or Quranic reference AND a peer-reviewed scientific study.
Not one or the other. Both.
So rest assured.
It's not pseudoscience, it's not "detox culture," and it's not Western wellness in a thobe.
I personally researched everything in this ebook. If the science backed it, it's included. If it didn't hold up, I left it out.
In short.
This ebook shows you the 7 Sunnah health principles you're breaking, the modern science that confirms each one, and exactly how to implement the full Prophetic health protocol in your daily life.
And now, you might be wondering…

Here's a fraction of what you're about to discover:
And many more.
But as this page is getting longer by the minute, here’s…
Wallahi the sleep chapter alone was worth it. I started the Prophetic sleep protocol — wudu before bed, Al-Mulk, sleeping on my right side — and within a week I was waking up before my Fajr alarm. My wife thought I was sick because I was actually up early lol."
— Ahmed
"I've known about the 1/3 rule my entire life. Heard it in so many khutbahs. But I never actually APPLIED it. The practical steps made it so simple. My digestion has completely changed. I can actually focus in salah now instead of thinking about my stomach."
— Khadijah
"My mum read the black seed and honey sections and literally said 'I've been telling you this for 20 years.' She's right. But seeing the actual studies next to the hadith is what made it click for me. SubhanAllah."
— Bilal
"I spent so much on supplements over the years wallahi. Ashwagandha, probiotics, magnesium, all of it. This ebook made me realise the Prophet ﷺ had a complete system and I was ignoring it for random things podcasters recommended."
— Yasmin
"The fasting chapter blew my mind. I've been watching IF content on YouTube for months. And the Prophet ﷺ was already doing it. The EXACT same protocol. I felt so stupid for not seeing it earlier."
— Omar
"I shared this in my family group chat. My grandmother's response was just 'Alhamdulillah, finally they listen.' She's been saying this for decades wallahi. MashaAllah."
— Fatima
And listen.
You can close this page and continue scrolling on TikTok, IG, or whatever social media brought you here.
But there is something that will never move…
The Sunnah health principles you're breaking every day.
They'll still be there tomorrow. And your body will still be paying the price.
It's totally up to you.
Oh, I almost forgot. Here's…
Read the ebook.
Implement the Daily Sunnah Health Protocol for 30 days.
If you don't notice improvements in your energy, your sleep, your digestion, or your ability to worship properly…
Email me within 30 days.
I'll refund every penny.
No questions asked.
And you keep the ebook.
Why am I that confident?
Because the hadith are authentic. The science is published. And the protocols are practical.
This isn't theory. This is how the Prophet ﷺ actually lived. Every day of his life.
You'll read the 1/3 rule chapter and think "I've been doing this wrong my whole life."
You'll read the sleep protocol and realise "THAT'S why I can't wake up for Fajr."
You'll read the black seed section and want to call your nan and apologise.
The awareness alone changes everything.
And look.
Even if you decide this isn't for you, you still keep everything.
So the worst case?
You get your $27 back AND keep the full Prophetic health system.
That's how confident I am you'll find value here.
– Your Brother from Sunnah Healing
P.S. Your body has a right over you. The Prophet ﷺ said that. And he gave you everything you need to honour that right — a complete health system covering what to eat, how to sleep, when to fast, and what to use as medicine.
Modern science has confirmed every element. This ebook just organises it into one place. $27.
Less than the supplements collecting dust in your cupboard right now.
